- The customer must read and agree to the return and exchange policy before making payment.
 
- Completing the payment is considered explicit approval of all policy terms.
 

 
**2. Confirming Sizes Before Purchase**
 
 
- The customer must confirm the sizes through the store’s WhatsApp before completing the purchase.
 
- Once the size is confirmed via WhatsApp, it is considered final.
 
- Some customers may provide sizes smaller than what they actually wear, leading to mismatches. Therefore, accurate measurements must be provided.
 
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility and do not qualify for return or exchange.
 

 
**3. Timeframe**
 
 
- The customer may request size adjustments within two (2) days from the purchase date, with the original invoice.
 
- Returns are not allowed; only exchanges or alterations are permitted according to the terms below.
 

 
**4. Product Condition**
 
 
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and labels attached.
 
- Products with odors, makeup stains, damage, or any signs of use will not be accepted.
 

 
**5. Ready-Made Clothing**
 
 
- Ready-made items can be exchanged within the specified period as long as no alterations were previously made.
 
- If there is a manufacturing defect, the item will be inspected and replaced immediately.
 

 
**6. Tailoring / Custom-Made Orders**
 
 
- Custom-made or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.
 
- If there is a tailoring error from the store, one free modification is provided within 3 days.
 
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer do not qualify for exchange.
 

 
**7. No Returns with Modification Option**
 
 
- Orders cannot be returned after purchase.
