Return & Exchange Policy

1. Duration
• Customers are entitled to return or exchange items within two (2) days from the date of purchase, provided that the original invoice is presented.

2. Product Condition
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
• Items with perfume scents, makeup stains, damage, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

3. Ready Wear Items
• Ready wear items can be returned or exchanged within the specified period, provided the size is standard and no alterations have been made.
• In case of a manufacturing defect, the item will be inspected and exchanged immediately.

4. Tailoring / Made to Measure Orders
Custom-made, tailored, or altered items (such as resizing, length adjustments, cutting, button changes, etc.) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• If there is an error in tailoring made by the store, one free alteration will be provided within 3 days.
• Incorrect measurements provided by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Payments & Special Orders
Deposits or advance payments for custom or tailored orders are non-refundable.
• Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

6. Sale & Promotion Policy
Discounted or final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

7. Inspection Before Receiving
• Customers are requested to check the size and details before receiving their order. Once the item leaves the store, it is considered accepted and in good condition.
